These Terms & Conditions apply to website design and development services provided by Mahmoud Studio ("we", "us", or "our") to the client ("you" or "your").

By approving a website project and making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide custom website design and development services for local service businesses.

The standard website package is priced at €300.

The €300 package includes the design and development of the agreed website, based on the scope discussed and approved before development begins.

The package does not automatically include:

Any additional work or services will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

2. Free Demo

We may provide a free website demo or mockup before payment.

The demo is provided for evaluation purposes only and does not create an obligation to purchase.

Work on the full website begins after you approve the design and make the required payment.

3. Payment

The standard project price is €300.

Payment is required after you approve the demo and before full website development begins.

By making payment, you authorize us to begin work on the project according to the agreed scope.

Additional work outside the original scope may require an additional payment, which will be agreed upon before the work begins.

4. Revisions

The project includes reasonable revisions to the agreed design and content.

Revisions are intended to refine the approved website, not to completely change the project's direction or restart the project from scratch.

Requests that substantially change the original scope, design direction, or functionality may be treated as additional work and may incur an additional charge.

5. Content and Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, including where applicable:

You are also responsible for ensuring that materials you provide, including images, logos, text, and other content, may legally be used on your website.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the delivery timeframe.

6. Delivery

After payment and receipt of the required information and content, the website will normally be completed within 3 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

The delivery timeframe may be extended when the project requires additional functionality, substantial revisions, third-party services, or when delays are caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Domain and Hosting

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, domain registration and hosting are not included in the €300 website price.

You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your domain name and hosting account.

Where we assist with setting up hosting or a domain, you remain responsible for the associated third-party fees.

We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, or other issues caused by third-party hosting or domain providers.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may choose not to purchase the website after receiving the free demo, with no payment required.

Once payment has been made and work on the full website has begun, cancellations and refunds will be handled according to the circumstances of the project and any applicable consumer protection laws.

Where substantial work has already been completed, the payment may not be refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Once the project has been fully paid for, you receive ownership of the final website design and custom website code created specifically for your project, subject to any third-party materials, software, fonts, images, or other components that are licensed separately.

Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Until full payment has been received, all project work remains our property and may not be used, copied, published, or transferred without our written permission.

We may retain the right to display the completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

10. Third-Party Services

Websites may use third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, form providers, maps, fonts, or other external services.

We are not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, availability, or policies of third-party services.

11. Website Use and Client Responsibility

You are responsible for the information, products, services, and claims presented on your website.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your website complies with laws and regulations applicable to your business, including any required privacy notices, cookie notices, terms, licenses, or industry-specific requirements.

We do not provide legal advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the website according to the agreed project scope.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party service failures, hosting outages, domain issues, unauthorized access, or changes made to the website by the client or another third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The Terms applicable to your project will be the version in effect when you approve the project and make payment, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be subject to the applicable courts and dispute-resolution procedures of that jurisdiction.
